“I called JLC today looking for some help to repair a pipe that was broken by my dog. Jesus answered the phone very professionally and had the available time to see me in the same day with in a hour time frame. He sent two of his staff members who completed the job very efficiently and a very reasonable price. JLC will be my saved contact and go to for any future issues. Thank you again JLC !!”
“Tim and the crew have been very accommodating and responsive. They’re courteous to move things out of the way and make sure our puppy is inside before coming through the back gate. Attention to detail could use a bit of improvement but overall love these guys and highly recommend. They even worked us in last second this morning as we’re having guests this weekend and wanted the yard looking fresh. Great work guys!”
“Our two liquid amber trees on the side of our house grew exceptionally fast this year due to all the rain we had this past winter. Branches grew way above our roofline, grew up against the side our house, and through the telephone wires in our alley. After requesting an estimate from Tavite's Tree Service web site at 9am, I immediately got a call back with a same-day one hour appointment time. They called when they were 15 minutes away, met my wife and I at noon and provided a reasonable price. Since they had their truck and equipment, we authorized the job and by 2:30 pm they had completed the tree trimming exactly to our specifications, and cleaned up all debris from their job. They are responsive, very professional and skilled, and accommodated all of our tree trimming requests. Will call them again in the future.”
