First off, Bob was very professional and respectful. I asked him for an installation from Borla for a challenger. He knew the type of exhaust that was needed, and he also had prior experience of installing different variations of my exhaust. I made an appointment, and Bob started the work EXACTLY at my appointment time!! He's beyond fair on pricing!!!!!!! He quoted me a price and he even went down on his original estimate!! You don't see that type of service, nor honesty anymore. Also, Bob got the job done very quick!!!! I figured it would take at least an hour. I swear I couldn't have been there more than 35 mins. Very fast!! I would like to thank Bob and his wife for their customer service! They definitely made my day.
WOW! I can't begin to explain how awesome my experience was. I emailed back and forth with the owner about finding a date and time that worked for us both and ended up bringing my truck in same day. He is very knowledgeable about his craft, and just an all around great guy to talk to. He quickly got to work swapping out my muffler, which sounds amazing!, quickly and cleanly. All said and done, in and out in 45 minutes very happy and absolutely recommending this place to anyone looking for anything exhaust related! Thank you so much!
