Excellent ambiance. I walked in and was impressed by how clean and organized this nail salon is. Then I was speechless on how they treat everyone like friends. They are so great at communicating with the clients throughout the hole process. I saw nail tech take constructive criticism, feedback and changes requests with the most professionalism and kindness. No whispering, no attitudes. Everyone walks happy out of this salon, and I heard more than two speaking about their upcoming appointments. I am very happy with my nails and service. Wish I lived closer to come every month.
Gilo Nails is a gem! The salon is spotless, welcoming, and always buzzing with positive energy. Vinny and the team are incredibly friendly, attentive, and skilled. I called this place for myself, three of my sisters and daughter. I let Vinny know I would be there around 11. I got there a little early and waited about 15 mins. The lady who did my nails was very gentle considering I am 9 months pregnant. I loved my special pedicure and I got the classic manicure which both came out really nice. My daughter had designed nails and it was reasonable prices. Salon was clean and good customer service. My daughter and sisters loved their nails. I felt like the nail techs were thorough, focused, and not rushed compared to other places. I live in OC but I am willing to make the drive here. fyi : Tips in cash only!!!
