We had Expert Carpet Care come out and clean our carpets which were overdue for it. Our neighbors used them and we both purchased our carpets from the same store. They were one of the companies recommended. Our technician Hayden arrived on time. He measured and gave us the price. We felt it was a fair price and he immediately started vacuuming the areas. He then started at the back of our condo working to the front, explaining wear patterns. Our carpets look like new. Thank you so much.

Our experience with Jim and Brad was wonderful!! They were extremely thorough. Very honest and trustworthy. Showed professionalism but were also down to earth and made us feel comfortable.
