1st time buyer.. employee was cool. In and out .. just one issue tho.. I was charged for 3 bundles @ 20 inch price when got a 18 inch .. but safe to say I really think it was an mistake because I originally asked for 20 and they were all out.. my fault for not noticing tho and I zelled .. maybe hopefully I can just get a discount on my future purchase .. either way I love supporting my ppl .. I will be back for more hair.
They were open right at 11:am,I was so happy because I had to be in Pasadena to get my hair done. Also my total was $165.00 being that they didn't have change they let me give them $160. This was my first time there and it won't be my last, great service.
Let me start by saying I love the hair without a question, this is my second time buying bundles from you because the last hair I bought was so good somebody stole it lol. My only issue this time around is that I was charged for a frontal and I bought a closure. Pressed for time I was just happy I got my hair an was able to get it installed that day. Here it is a little over a month later an I’m cleaning up an come across the receipt an I noticed it said $295 for a frontal (I sent you a copy of the receipt to your Instagram).
