I want to share my experience with Los, who previously provided me with hair-cutting services. He consistently delivered outstanding results, and I was always happy with the outcome. However, it's essential to bring up some concerns regarding communication around scheduling appointments. There have been multiple times when I confirmed appointments, only to find out that Los wasn’t aware of them. Additionally, there were instances when I booked appointments that were later canceled at the last minute. Had a haircut appointment at 11am, I took a $25 dollar Uber ride here just to still be waiting and the shop not be open yet. I was excited to try this place out and rearranged my schedule to come in during this time just to be waiting at an unopened shop and take another $25 dollar Uber ride home. This is upsetting because you try and give business to small shops and then get this unprofessionalism back. Disappointed to say the least. If the hours have changed than update it on Yelp and advise staff not to book appts at those times.

The Haircut: The quality of the cut was Amazing, this was my first time experiencing this high level of service. LOS cut my hair to what I have always wished to have. He went above my expectations and also gave me tips on how to style my hair along with recommendations. Service & Barbershop: I 1st found out about LOS through The Cut app, with an appointment he was ready the minute I walked in. The haircut was quick, service was great, price was reasonable, the shop vibes were dope. I will definitely be going back and getting a cut here again!
