Carlos cut two new ignition keys for my 1981 Yamaha motorcycle. I did remove the ignition cylinder from the bike and brought it to the shop to make it easier. When I first called and talked to Carlos he mentioned that with the cylinder in hand he would be able to look it over and estimate the cost and would call me for approval. Didn't get the call, he just went ahead with the rekeying, the cost turned out to be very reasonable so I was okay with it, but if it had been high cost and no prior approval it might have been an issue. We are having issue with our front door smart lock, somehow it stop working for a while. I called A1 locksmith, Carlos was so nice and patiently help me solved the issues over the phone by messages back and force and didn’t charging me anything, I’m Strongly recommend this locksmith to whoever needs the service. ???
I would love to write one more review for the service they provided recently. They came to my house and made a copied of my BMW 528i remote key at a fraction of the dealer’s price—saving me hundreds. Was having problems replacing my ignition cylinder and needed to get my car running ASAP. Carlos was able to get my ignition back working again same day. Even gave me some help over the phone. Would def recommend.
