I was going to post this review a few weeks after our AC was installed, but I thought I'd wait a bit to make sure everything went well. And yup, a year later everything is still perfect! I was very impressed with how responsive and understanding Javier was. The whole process took a few days, from the moment I found him on Yelp and we started messaging, to when he was installing our AC. The whole installation took less than an hour and they left everything nice and clean. First time using U.S. HVAC/R Pros was last summer when my A/C stopped working. They showed up, found the problem, and did the repairs quickly and at a fair price. Recently, my heater stopped working. I immediately called them again. They checked the problem which turned out to be a very simple fix, installed a new filter that I already had, and buttoned everything back in a minimal amount of time.I would highly recommend them to anyone I know for any A/C or heating problems.
