If I could give them zero starts I would but google doesn't let me. I want to preface this by saying how I got my taxes done March 2023 for the 2022 year and it wasn't until I went to another person that I am seeing a process in my refund. As mentioned I went here in 2023 and around June 2023 I was informed my taxes had to be mailed (no problem). Months went by with no refund and I called and they told me call back in 3 months. I called after three months, no solutions wait it out. Finally around February of 2024 I mentioned to my new tax person the issues I had here. Do NOT go with someone named Marisol to help you with anything. She lied on my taxes and was adding expenses I never stated and then started giving me attitude bc I went back to have her correct it. Mostly everyone here has horrible customer service
