I will forever recommend going with Rubi! Aside from being so welcoming and having an amazing personality her work speaks for itself! I've gone to her for bleaching and haircut services and she's never let me down. I just went in for a haircut this weekend and my hair looks so good and healthy. She listens to what you want and she actually delivers!
