“Came here for the first time not too long ago. I contacted Denise through text and was able to book an appointment. Denise made my visit so enjoyable and she is a great nail tech! This is maybe my 3rd time I've ever gotten my nails done because I've had a bad habit of biting my nails. I've let them grown out and treated myself to a gel manicure and my nails are so beautiful!! I've gotten so many compliments on my nails too! This is for sure my new nail spot, I'll always be coming back. Denise only takes appointments and there is plenty of parking on the street. While the prices might be considered a little pricier it is most definitely worth it. You are paying for their quality service, cleanliness, skill, and hospitality! They took their time with each nail even though it was all one color, which I appreciate so much. I was offered water as well while I was getting my nails done! “Welll, I've had problematic toe nails most of my life. I had just accepted it as a way of life. I would get pedicures once a month to keep my feet presentable but, never anything as thorough as the service Tina provided. From the moment you sit down you can tell that this a boutique service. The price let's you know it's boutique as well. I was the only customer in the salon and had her undivided attention. That day I had my daughter with me and Tina was extremely nice to her, which meant a lot to me. If you want real results then you have to spend a few bucks. Kind of the hard reality of life. I have implemented some of the post care steps she provided and have seen some positive results. Looking forward to my next session!“

“Today was my first time doing gel-x and professional nail extensions—and it was the most wonderful experience! I’d been wanting to treat myself and move beyond my store-bought press ons. After looking at all the gorgeous work on BeautyBarSGV’s Instagram and Google photos, I booked an appt online. Shelby is absolutely amazing, she walked me through the process, talked me through each step she was doing, and we found the perfect introductory nails with a little holographic action. Everyone was so nice (thanks Ciera for snapping some pics of my nails!) and Bella/Bobby are adorable. I will be back in a few weeks to do some extra fabulous nails - highly recommend BeautyBar and Shelby!This is my first time, so it’s good to know that you should select simple or not so simple nail art (or the works) when booking online depending on whether you want nail art so that it gives you more time for the design.“

Not only she takes care of me and makes sure that I love my hair before anything. She is very attentive and detailed with her techniques. I asked for strands of highlights, and a Japanese hime haircut. She did just exactly like how I imagined it would look and made sure my hair was healthy and at its best before leaving her salon. Because of that I can trust her with my hair. She has become my favorite hairstylist and I will be going to her from now on!“

“I got a gel manicure with gel overlay, and this is probably the one of best manicures I have gotten. The lady who did my nails (Eunju) was extremely precise and careful in doing nail and cuticle prep. My nails looked very polished and clean before she even put any polish on. She really encouraged getting a gel overlay, with a guarantee of no chipping, and after I agreed to getting a gel overlay, I'm really happy I made the decision. At first, I was a little scared of the pricing for it but after seeing her attention to detail and the techniques she used while applying the gel polish and gel overlay, I walked out with very high-quality manicure. She guaranteed that if my nails chipped I could come back and get it fixed. I am happy knowing that this manicure will stay on my nails and help my natural nails, grow healthier and longer. This manicure did take a little longer than most manicures, but I believe that is because she was very careful and deliberate with her process and my nails look fresh and beautiful.“

“The BEST nail salon ever!!! I always get the gel x extensions and the gel pedicure and it never disappoints! I get compliments all the time! And I always get nails with designs and every technician is so skilled and accurate when delivering what I'm asking for. I've had at least five different technicians work on me before and they're ALL great (which is rare at a salon I know)! Also, everyone is VERY friendly and super accommodating with scheduling. The salon itself is so cute and modern and the massage chairs are the best! I send all of my friends here and they're always so impressed. Also, there's convenient reserved parking in the back so I never worry about that. If you want the best looking nails, this is the best place to get them done!!“
