The staff is dedicated to the well-being of pets, from dogs and cats to goats and horses, and they go the extra mile to ensure their clients' needs are met, even after they've moved away.
Dr. Schaffer and his team are so caring and compassionate. They feel like part of our family. I've been taking my pups to him for over a decade. He and his staff are always warm, welcoming, and professional. My Aussie Posse loves them! We've had everything from annual checkups to lab work, x-rays, spays, teeth cleaning and removal, surgery, and more. My pups are always handled with love and care. As far as I'm concerned, there is no one better, and I am very grateful for Plumas Veterinary Services & Dr. Schaffer.
Plumas Vet. Service is caring and compassionate.. My Cat Tammy girl that Dr. Schafer has taken care of in the past just passed over the rainbow ? bridge. 15 seconds after the injection she was asleep and pain free - 45 seconds later passed on with me scratching her head.
Dr. Schafer is the best. He took good care of my dog for over 15 years. She had a wonderful healthy life with his care and our love and care. I will always be so grateful for the staff there that always treated our girl so good. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if we ever got another dog!
