I absolutely love my new red hair!!! Veronica was so attentive and made sure I got exactly the change I was looking for... it's the perfect color for fall! She’s done my mom’s and sister’s hair too, and we’ve all been thrilled with the results. Can’t wait to book my next appointment and try out some more hair changes with her!

Allow me to say that I walked into Ulta with much pain on my knee but needed some products, didn't know where they were so I walked slowly as I could looking for them. I saw the associate Pedro and my pain went away, he help me by finding a comfortable chair for me to wait while he gather all the products I needed and brought them to me. He was and is a great Ulta associate, friendly and outgoing, very knowledgeable on the products. When I go back I am going to ask for PEDRO. He understood my skincare needs and concerns.
