About Palm Cleaners
Palm Cleaners is a trusted local dry cleaning service with nearly 12 years of experience. Customers appreciate their attention to detail and great customer service, especially for alterations and hemming of items like denim. While the prices are considered high, they reflect current costs, and the staff provides honest pricing. The turnaround time is quick, and the quality of work is consistently good. However, some customers have found certain prices, like zipper replacements, to be expensive, and it’s suggested to ask about costs before proceeding. Overall, Palm Cleaners offers reliable service with a focus on care and quality.
I specifically said to cut the patch to size (they folded it to size making it pop out of my uniform) and on top of that they stitched it upside down, everything was specifically directed on how to do it and it was still done wrong on the only two things I needed them to do. Before dropping off my uniform I asked if they have worked on military uniform and they said yes. Told the worker what he did wrong and he argued with me that that’s what I told him. I don’t know why I would tell him to do the opposite of what I’ve been taught for years. Don’t come here if you are military. This review will stay up until my issue is resolved
I have been there three times with premium selvedge denim looking for alterations and/or hemming. The attention to care and detail have been amazing. People need to remember that EVERYTHING is going up in cost. You get honest pricing and great customer service.
Took a 4 piece uniform to them and it cost $53 to clean! The pieces were a shirt, pants, jacket, and hat. Can't imagine what it would cost for next day service! When I asked if I heard him correctly, I said that sounded awfully expensive. The employee said next time I should clean them at home or go somewhere else. So, I will DEFINITELY NEVER go here again! I'm guessing he was so rude because people double checked to make sure they heard the price was right. I'd much rather drive out of the way to County Line Cleaners or the one by Albertsons in Banning to avoid this dumpster fire of a business.
