I had a problem charging my phone. I thought I need a new charging port. But instead of charging me $89 for a new one, he clean out the existing one for free. Now it works like it brand new. This is a trustworthy business and I would recommend it to everyone.
Fixology was the biggest help when I had issues with my phone. From cracked screens, to viruses, or simple cleanings, Steve and his team are true and honest professionals. Phones, tablets, computers, consoles, they'll repair it. I can't leave out the clean and accommodating lounge offering refreshments, tv, and a pool table 🎱.
I was hoping to stay a little longer 🤣
Seriously, Thank you!🙏
So a little context, for the past lets say about 3 weeks I had dropped my phone on some concrete and the charging port no longer seems to respond to my cable. The only was I could get it to work was by tilting my phone and leaving it at a angle so that the wire would be constantly forced into the only position it seemed to charge.
Well turns out it was just dirt clogging the charging port and Steve cleaned it out and in 5 Minutes the issue was resolved. Nothing was charged to me due to the nature of the issue and I think that was a good indication of their ethics.
Definitely coming back here to have any of my personal electronics looked at.
