Talk about unexpected service! I actually reached out to a Facebook group for some help with a furnace issue in South Lake Tahoe... on New Year's Eve. Chill Out happened to be in town out of their service area and responded to my request. Thought it was just some friendly individual at first, but turned out to be the owner who gave me step-by-step advice for troubleshooting and potential repair. I was unsuccessful in solving the problem on my own (WITH THEIR AMAZING HELP!), so they came to our place WHILE THEY WERE ON VACATION! Confirmed the diagnosis and would have fixed it if they'd have had the parts, but not everything on-hand... WHILE ON VACATION! I'm telling you: if they had a location near our place there's no other contractor I'd ever call. If Facebook still had star-ratings, I'd give 6/5 😀
