I haven't had issues with care as much as billing.
Last year I made a visit early summer and I am just NOW getting the bill. Not sure why it took so long when I've gotten it much sooner in the past
I had a Telehealth appointment with Dr. Darlene Rae, MD and really liked her. Dr. Rae spent a lot of time on the call and was very thorough and helpful. The Optum Health is not very good, and most doctors are leaving due to how it is managed. Unfortunately, she left the Optum Beaver Health practice and don't know where she went. She deserves 5-Stars, but not Optum health
First I want to give praise and recognition to Dr.Garrido. Myself and my daughter went in there separately and received the same level of top notch care from her. She listens and has actual empathy for people that she doesn't know, which is beyond rare. The last several weeks I've spent countless hours among doctors, nurses, and staff and loma linda hospital, Redlands hospital, and optum. I had a really bad taste in my mouth. I came to urgent care today for a separate issue and she gave me hope for the people practicing medicine. I do wish optum had a platform where patients/customers could provide feedback by doctor not as an umbrella Optum. Dr.Garrido you are right...read full review
