I was at my wit's end with the issues I was having with my brand new laptop. I contacted James and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I was able to get the device to him the same day. He evaluated it very quickly and diagnosed the issue and had the laptop fixed, running and ready for pickup by early that evening. James's pricing is phenomenal and his work was absolutely impeccable. I will never go anywhere else to have these type of issue's addressed ever again. Thank you so much.

Cory was very responsive and gave us a lot more than what we asked he even brought some Chinese food because he had extra he's a sweet guy and will do his best to meet your needs he seems to be very talented and has an intuitive sense of what he's doing around computers I would highly recommend him

I just used James for the very first time today. I contacted him based upon previous Google reviews and proximity to my parents residence. Prior to connecting with James, my parents contacted Staples and received a quote to inspect their frozen/locked up HP AIO computer. James estimated the cost of the repair to be less than half of the Staples estimate, so my parents took the computer to James within the hour He gave them an estimated time of repair to be approximately 3-4 hours.
