Very clean establishment, artists are very friendly.. and the work I had done turned out excellent. Tat is completely healed with no issues, and it is beautiful, exactly what I wanted. If you want a new tat, I highly recommend Top Tier. If you want color, Go to Ricardo, he is amazing at what he does!!
