I called because the graduation gown we got was too small and asked a question if it can be let out. They told me no but explained why and we parted ways. She called me back explaing she might be able to help but had the wrong material. Then, called me again later saying she did find something close to what I need but we had found a replacement. Legit did not need to do that or even go the extra mile for someone who didn't get work done. I was very appreciative AND when I need work I'm going here“
