The hair style itself is outstanding with top-notch quality and great attention to detail. The customer service goes above and beyond, with a knowledgeable, friendly stylist whose passion is evident. The braider and barber are very friendly and welcoming, providing a whole vibe and experience. One truck driver passing through felt welcomed, enjoyed great conversation, and was very happy with braids. Appointments start right on time. Customers will definitely be back and highly recommend Braid Studio Barstow for exceptional service.
I recently had the pleasure of experiencing and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and exceptional service that set the tone for the entire experience.
The hair style itself was truly outstanding. The quality was top-notch, and it was evident that a great deal of care and attention to detail went into it.
What them apart, however, was the customer service. The stylist was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a memorable experience. Their passion for what she do was evident, and it made all the difference.

Great spot to get your hair done I'm a truck driver and was passing thru I needed to get my braids done like I said I'm a truck driver covered in tattoos and and Mrs Melanie made time for me i felt welcomed very relaxing establiment great conversation and and great service .very happy with my braids I will be there again next time I pass thru ..thank you Mrs Melanie
Great Service! Great Decor! First time customer. I will definitely be back and I definitely recommend their braider and barber. I had an appointment that started right on time for myself and my sons haircut. The braider Mel and barber J were very friendly and welcoming. On top of great service. It was an experience and a whole vibe!
