I recently went to Dr. mike’s walk-in clinic in Hesperia and I cannot say enough good stuff about his staff. They treated me with respect they met every single need I had. They were kind and considerate those the girls in the office worked very diligently trying to get all of my paperwork done for a health stream that I needed for my work they went over and above to get it completed, they even help me with my phone Getting my documentation. In order, I will definitely go back there. I would like to give a personal shout out to the girls at the front desk who were very patient with me and so helpful. I will be returning and I highly recommend this clinic.
It was a long wait as they were busy but I'm still giving 5 stars because the Dr. did his job well and was quick once he saw me. I trust his knowledge and he has good bedside manners.
I was a walk in and checked in at 11:30 AM; there were 12 people ahead of me, so i didn’t get seen until about 2:30 PM. But the office checkin process has gone digital, and it’s much more simple & efficient than paper copies. Made the process a lot more pleasant.
