“2022- San Gorgonio Builders recently completed renovation of my small master bath and I found Kevin and his team to be knowledgeable, professional, efficient, polite, considerate of my home, and dedicated to a quality outcome. I found each of them to be attentive and easy to work with. They were also “dog friendly” as professed on their website and my little Zoey enjoyed their coming and goings. They are a great crew and I could not be happier with their work. I love my bathroom! They did an amazing job. I will hire them again if I have future projects.2023- I hired this crew again to repair exterior siding on my house and to install new interior doors and baseboards. “Panters installed our composite floors five years ago, but this review is for their follow up work years later. We had contacted Panters about some cracking of the composite flooring materials during the pandemic a couple of years ago, and they had offered to come do repairs. Then the pandemic hit and we didn't follow through. Fast forward to five years after the job, and we reached back out to the Panters to address the issues. Scott came out, let us know that the material we had chosen for the job was now known to not be very durable, and was no longer under warranty, but that they would come back and complete the repairs for free. They sent over a professional and friendly crew from Eze Flooring which spent most of a day working on the repairs, including a trip to the store to purchase additional materials, addressing all of the concerns we had raised, including replacing a baseboard that had not been part of the initial flooring project. It is nice to see a company that cares about its reputation and customer satisfaction enough to stand by its work years later.“
