Thank you Dr Loera for your medical expertise first with Shirley and most of all my numbing sciatica experience that was fuguratively killing me.
Dr. Robert A. Loera was able to address my medical issue with welcomed resolve. My sciatica was literally killing me with pain and as a result shutting me down!
The people in the post who say sometimes the visit can be long are telling the truth. However, he is only one person and has MANY patients. Most of the time he even takes a few bites offood to keep working to fit all his patients in. Most of us accept the wait realizing everyone wants to see only him. The others talking about his failures could be unhappy about something but they are lying about his care, concern and treatment. Dr. Loera is a very caring and through doctor. I had a situation when I was in need of a refill for an RX that a specialist/dermatologist had prescribed...and had expired. I ordered from my pharmacy and they could not get approval from the specialist because the dermatologist was no longer associated with my medical group!! It had only been 7 months! Anyhoo, having had to call the med group and my insurance provider without much assistance, I broke down. I called my primary care office and emotionally tried to convey, on a Friday, that I was confused that a simple refill was not available. I hung up under duress when lo and behold....I later received notice via text that my refill had been approved!!! I am elated! Someone, namely P.A. Rebecca Duran, cared enough to check my chart and see to it that I am taken care of to the best of her ability! She obviously knows the Hippocratic Oath. I needed to report/review because this is not usually how it goes any longer. I have seen too many doctors over my last 10 years and although insurance companies are instructing patients to become their own advocates for quality medical care MOST have not taken kindly to my efforts for myself. I want to thank P.A. Duran and my receptionist for doing their jobs so honorably! Your kind hearts have not gone unnoticed! BRAVO!! BRAVO!! My heart is full and I am on the mend. THXO again. ke
