I have been to several Cryotherapy places and this one is my favorite! Bob and Jana are very friendly and knowledgeable. If anyone has experienced cryo, they will know that it is the longest 2-3 minutes ever (but so worth it)! Bob helped those 3 minutes go by so quickly! I will definitely be back soon for more cryotherapy and to try out the other services that they offer. Highly recommend!

I purchased a couple of services for my wife's birthday as she has been wanting to try cryo therapy for her rheumatoid arthritis and to manage her pain from 35+ years of being a softball catcher. Jana was super helpful in directing us as first-timers in the cryo chamber and suggested the PEMF treatment for my wife's ailments. Long short short, after 1 treatment, my wife expressed significant pain relief, and I could tell in her mobility that she was feeling more agile. If you're into health and healing, this place has all the right therapies. Check out what is offered here and do yourself a favor and try cryo or the infrared sauna. I've done the sauna multiple times at other locations but not here. Totally impressed with the nice unit which is spacious enough for 2 with 3 infrared lights. Surprising to me and fortunate that this area has these modalities.
