feeling cool n great well worth it
I went to Cryoden today for a little self love. My sciatica was acting up, I had lower back pain and some shoulder pain. I used the PEMF. It pinpointed and pulsated the soar areas. It felt really good and relaxing. I could immediately feel relief. I finished off my visit with a Cryo treatment (-240 degrees). That was a cool treat (literally). The owner and his wife are the sweetest people. Tried this for the first time tonight. Weirdest experience ever and I can’t wait to go back. I felt so energized and less stressed after the three minutes of cryotherapy. Definitely worth a try!
