“This contractor is not qualified to install concrete. I hired them to pour and finish a small concrete slab around my pool. The first time they set the concrete, it cracked in 7 places within the first hour. They had to jack hammer everything out. During this process they damaged the pool coping, and did not reduce the price to cover the damage. The second time they set and finished the slab, the finish was different shades of gray. The job will have to be performed again by someone else.“

“I used Imperial Iron Works for an automatic iron gate installation. Cindy picked up the phone, visited our property, and arranged the installation. The price is fair. The gate looks great. And it functions very well. I am taking one star off because of the communication. They changed the installation date randomly without notifying us, and didn't install every device. We always had to make calls to adjust details.“

I'm just glad they got back to me, hence the 4 Stars.Unfortunately they don't sell parts but that's OK with me. I got my questions answered and they suggested a local supplier.“
