Umbrella frame broke. Twisted and snapped. No service or reasonable solution offered. Except to purchase a brand new one! $1,000+ umbrellas and their customer service resolution is to sell you another.

Really not happy with the product. And if anything breaks you need to pay a premium for replacement parts. A replacement crank cost me $100US. Do your self a favour and buy a better product with universal parts.

I have emailed twice asking about spare parts with no response.......not too happy with customer support. So I get a response quickly from TG, suggesting going thru a dealer or Casual Furniture Solutions.........both of which I have already tried, and been advised by BOTH to contact TG directly as their attempts get them no where as well on spare parts......very frustrating.
