First off, I have no idea what these other reviews with negative things to say are talking about, based on my experience, I'd recommend Ricardo and TITAN to anyone needing a fence or custom iron/gate work done. Not only was Ric the most speedy to respond, he got me a fast and fair quote, matched or beat other pricing offers and sketched me out his idea of a design on the spot. Rick came out a few months ago and took care of a situation with my gate. It solved the problem for a while but then I had another issue. He told me he would be out to my house before Friday. He did just as he said he would and came today and figured it out. I had a second issue with the transformer that he discovered and fixed. I am glad he was able to explain to me what was going on.
