Had Prado's Towing pick up our car after requesting a tow from AAA. We had Jr assist us in our tow and he was very prompt and helpful. I called AAA they sent Prado Towing. They arrived quickly and patiently waited for me to come out to the car. It was being towed to a repair shop to replace the alternator. JR told me what was wrong with the car, got under it and visually inspected it. He showed me a video of a broken sway bar and said it should be repaired. In all my years using AAA never has a tow truck driver gone so far above the expected service. Thank you JR and Prado. From here on out I will request Prado Towing with AAA. Thanks again.
