My experience with the dental office was excellent from the beginning. The front desk was great and had superb customer service over the phone, and then in person when it was time for my appointment. The wait was short and they honored their patients times from what I witnessed while waiting. Dr. Wu's down-to-earth demeanor, excellent recommendations, and gentle approach during the procedure made the experience truly commendable. The dental assistant, Kimberly, showed great kindness and provided exceptional accommodation during my visit. It was definitely worth the two hour drive back home.

Dr. Wu! Thank you for a incredible experience. it has been years since coming to the dentist, but a recent pregnancy lead me back because i had easily gained a root canal and needed previous work done. I have extreme anxiety and the thought of receiving a shot and hearing dental tools scare me ! I have major issues Lol But after a first visit back, i don't mind coming back and taking care of all my teeth now. The instant comfort i feel around Dr Wu is insane. He is super gentle and caring of my well being. Not to mention, his Front staff is so accommodating to your scheduling needs. As i drive 35 miles just to be seen by him

The initial greeting received from the front desk definitely leaves a lot to be desired. She knew who I was the minute I walked in as she inquired if I was such person. When I replied yes, she told to sit over there. No Hello, no Glad to have you back, no Happy New Year. She then pulled up my insurance and called out to me. I looked up and from across the room she said, " I just wanted you to know you will have a copayment today."A little customer service etiquette training and practice would be nice.The facility is nice and clean. The service received from the Dentist was great, he was professional and took his time to explain what was going on.
