She never rushed through the process, working on my hair with a calm and meticulous approach that made me feel completely as if I was in good hands of a professional. Ruby ensured I was comfortable every step of the way, and her attention to detail was amazing! Not only did Ruby meet my expectations--she exceeded them. The result was better than I ever could have imagined. She is very talented and I cannot recommend her enough. Ruby is truly one of the best!!! Ruby has moved from Silver Scissors Hair Salon in El Monte and opened up her own place in Azusa! I only get my haircut from her so I will go wherever she goes. Prices are reasonable and she also does color and highlights at a great price too. She has a promotion going on for her grand opening right now so be sure to ask about that for a discount while it lasts!
