I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure before class. Everyone was very friendly I was helped promptly and my nail tech was very attentive. I got the deluxe pedicure with a gel polish and gel removal for $50. She took extra care and did not over-file when doing the removal and took her time shaping my nails. I was offered water and a sweet treat while being serviced. Definitely recommend this place my toes look cute, my cuticles are clean, and the massage chair was AMAZING!!
The nail shape was great and really suits my style—my nails turned out looking beautiful. The customer service was definitely a 10/10.
The only downsides were that, even though I had an appointment, I still had to wait about 15 minutes, and the gel color selection was pretty limited. Because of that, they couldn’t match the photo I brought in for inspiration.
Overall, I’d still come back because the work was good; I just wish they had more color options to choose from.
I had such a great experience at Lux Nails & Spa in Glendora today! Will and Tiffany were both so polite, professional, and welcoming. They took their time, paid attention to detail, and did an amazing job on my nails. The whole atmosphere was clean, relaxing, and friendly. I truly felt pampered and appreciated as a customer. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend asking for Will and Tiffany if you want top-notch service!
