Richard (from the RENO office) showed up on time and worked for four hours to repair my Miele built-in coffee machine Model CVA7775, the top of the line Miele coffee machine. That was not an easy task but he worked hard non-stop, figured out the problem and took care of it. He is very congenial and did a really good job on a VERRRRY complicated MIELE machine. I would use him for all my appliance repairs

In all ways Tony was prompt, on time, courteous and best of all knowledgeable about my appliance. Tony knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly—demonstrating things that madethe appliance more efficient. Exceptional job A+++

Thermador refrigerator was not cooling. Called Smart tech, the only company I could find in the area certified to service Thermador, and they sent Rick the next day. Rick determined quickly that the problem was the compressor, a new one would have to be ordered and that would take a few days. In the meantime, he figured a way to get the existing compressor to work on a temporary basis so that we would have refrigeration! He did a very thorough job installing the new one and checking out the system to make sure there were no other issues.
