Best massage therapist! Took me a long time to decide to get a massage but I feel totally safe and Spencer really knows how to get at all of my tough spots. She's a wonderful person and wonderful massage therapist!

Spencer is the best! Massages can sometimes be a bit of an awkward experience, but working with her was the most comfortable I'd felt in a massage. She clearly knows what she's doing, and even as someone with multiple physical disabilities, she wasn't phased & had no trouble adapting. Not only that, but she's a wealth of knowledge when it comes to the health of the body! She's crazy smart, and a wonderful person to boot! Knowledgeable, experienced, and CARES-exactly what we all want!

After a hard day of working in the dirt digging and shoveling Spencer helps me to relax and breathe through muscle cramps and back pain. I feel very comfortable and safe as she communicates each step of the way. She is focused on what I need and how my body relates to the pressures and stretches.
