Very poor communication and doesn’t hold up his end of the contract. We lost 2 years on our project with PD and finally had to go to another firm for completion. And the fact that he gave himself a 5 star review here speaks volumes.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with PD. Very delayed responses, not great communication, and 2.5 years later we have to move to another firm to finish the project. So much money and time lost.

I don't think this is a real place. Phone rings once then nothing and the website has zero info on it.
