I had several estimates and did research while also listening to sales staffs of multiple companies.

Norris Electric stood above all others. First they are a Generac Authorized Dealer allowing them to offer extended warranties, emergent and routine maintenance, and remote monitoring of our generator. Ron the owner, Marsha and the rest of his staff have all been professional. We rest better knowing we have a stand-by generator and that they were the company we went with

With all the summer power outages coupled with working from home, a generator became a necessity. After calling around, I decided to buy a Generac 24kw. It took a few weeks to get it installed as I bought it just before all the storms came through. The guys from Norris were professional and did a great job installing the unit and running all the electric. Couldn't be happier and highly recommend them.
