My wife and I are first timers here at Natural Wellness Massage. We booked the 90 minute Couples-Massage and we had an amazing experience. Jessa and Laura were Awesome!! Will definitely recommend and return next time in Auburn!!

I was gifted a deep tissue massage on the morning of my birthday and it was just what my body needed. Every time I’ve ever had a massage I usually get my whole body worked as hard as I can. Well yesterday my masseuse explained to me that despite the fact that most people want their whole body worked that, that is not actually a deep tissue massage. She explained to me her plan after I have her my sore areas and she gave me a true deep tissue massage which really opened my neck and shoulders up in a great way! and I of course enjoyed a steam room session after my massage! Great way to start my day on my birthday!

After my primary care doctor recommended a massage I made an appt with Christine. I had injured the bicep and tricep of my left arm which resulted in muscles near to the injury to spasm. I was in so much pain and unable to move my arm. Things like driving, brushing my hair/teeth, lifting a cup to drink, etc. were impossible. I thought it was all due to the injury. However, immediately after my massage from Christine I was able to do all of that with little pain from the injury. I had no idea compensating muscles could hurt so bad. Thank you so much Christine for a wonderful, healing massage. I will be back!!
