My AC condensor pump went out in the middle of a head wave. Kevin and Marty were quick to respond to my house call during what is likely their busiest time of year. After doing a bit of troubleshooting, which they let me watch, Kevin came to the conclusion that it would be better to replace the system instead of dumping thousands into a system built in the early 90s. Kevin was very transparent through the entire process and were always on time. Both Kevin and Marty were great and didn't make me feel like a moron for asking them to take off their shoes when inside (they used shoe covers and a floor mat). Overall I'm extremely satisfied with the HVAC replacement and couldn't recommend Kevin and his team more than enough. Great work guys!
After texting Kevin Dahl at 11 pm. we received a call back early the next morning and we were fortunate to slide into a cancellation. We had an HVAC unit that was not handling the triple digit heatwave we were and still are experiencing. Kevin and Marty did a thorough cleaning, replacing new components and adjusting the blower speed (which was crucial). Marty went under the house to check the duct work..and after 2 hours and an extremely reasonable bill for all they did left with Kevin saying "let me know how the a/c is cooling now". The repairs totally resolved our issue. Kevin is so professional yet relatable and took time explaining with pictures what was replaced. Can't go wrong with the high quality personal service you will receive.
Kevin Dahl came to our rescue during a major heat wave. He made a quick and correct diagnosis, ordered the new part, and repaired it with speed. His price was reasonable. He is extremely competent and very honest. If I could give him 10 stars, I would!
