A friend of mine referred me to Michael and I'm so glad he did. Michael and Max did a great job rebuilding our front porch and deck. As is normal with older homes, there were a few hiccups along the way, but everything was resolved and the end result was a lovely new look for the front of our house. We'll certainly have them return next year for more repairs.
This the 2nd time we’ve used Boal Enterprises for a remodel. Both times they called back promptly, arrived when they said they would, gave a fair estimate and communicated clearly what would be covered. They were tidy and a pleasure to work with. As in all older homes, there were unexpected hiccoughs and all of them were remedied to our satisfaction. We will gladly use them again as needed.
We hired Boal Enterprises to demo out our entire yard including swimming pool, flatwork, plumbing, and retaining walls after another company botched the installation and walked off our property with the pool and project unfinished. We spent nearly 1.5 years in active construction and several more years in lawsuits relating to the project. We were burnt out and so scared to trust another company but needed to do something with our yard.
