Had to switch dentists because they changed their acceptance of my insurance. Always a bit nervous starting with a new dentist. There was no need for my apprehension! Every one of the staff there were incredibly nice, explained what they were doing and were great to work with. I couldn't have been more comfortable.
As a former Registered Dental Assistant, I can personally speak on behave of the team and the work they do. Dr Phipps is so detail oriented and takes his time explaining everything and making sure to clean out everything cavity by take extra steps to checking each tooth he works on. The team (especially Erin) who is the star RDA is SO sweet and caring. Recommend Dr to everyone looking for a kind quality dentist. God bless this establishment.
First things first, I called with tooth pain and was able to get in the next day to have the bad tooth looked at and full exam. That never happens! I also needed to establish a new dentist. They were actually able to get me in the next morning..five stars for just that! Front desk receptionist was Amazing, then examining staff was also Amazing. Kind, gentle, and very caring. Oh but the amazingness didn't stop there! When it was discovered I needed the tooth extraction done they were also able to do it right then.
