Jay is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade from Mojave to Ventura, upgraded my browsers and apps and resolved my browser issues. It was all done remotely so I didn’t need to leave my home. Fantastic! I highly recommend him.

I found MacCare on-line in Auburn. I called and spoke to Jay who is the owner. We arranged for me to drop off my Apple Computer. Upon arrival, jay immediacy reviewed with me what caused my HD to crash. I agreed to let him repair my computerJay called me serval times to give me an update on the repair. In the end, he was able to recover all my important data - which included thousands of photos. I now have a better computer because he added memory and a new HD, along with a backup deviceI highly recommend Jay and MacCare!

Jay Abrams is laser focused and will triage your situation, come up with a solution, and put your mind at ease. He's helped me resolve disk space issues, compared photo libraries, investigated console warning messages. When the hard drive could not be repaired he helped me erase and install Mac OS and migrate data. He's helped my husband migrate data to a new computer. No more panic as long as MacCare is there!Beth R.
