ordered item off Walmart.com - paid for shipping to arrive on June 17th, no updated, waited 34 mins to talk to rep who said "sorry item is out of stock" then why can I still order it on walmart.com? not how you run a business.

I ordered an item from their Amazon store, I then contacted them to confirm stock availability, they confirmed that they had over two dozen of the item.

After waiting a week, I received an email from Amazon asking what I wanted to do with the unshipped order. When contacting Iconic, the number listed at Amazon is for Government sales, and the person I spoke to did not want to connect me to the commerical sales section. I guess I was supposed to wait for a day for an email reply.

I was finally connected, and after talking to the CSR, I was told the item would shop that night.

Two hours later they cancelled the order. When I called back they apologized,...read full review
