Worst roofing company ever! Richard Henry provided repairs and a 5-year leak-free certification for our roof while in escrow in July 2019. The roof leaked in 4 separate areas during the first rain in September 2019, and a new leak was discovered later for a total of 5. Richard was contacted immediately and did not bother to inspect the roof until October 2019 after we left numerous phone messages. After the inspection, which included leaving ugly blue spray paint marks on our roof, he concluded that an entire area of shingles required replacement and left (remember, this was for a roof he had already certified leak-free in July).
