I called needing an updo for a wedding in two weeks, and even though they were fully booked, Crystal and the staff were incredibly helpful. Stephanie, in particular, went above and beyond. She not only offered to help me find another stylist in the area, but she also offered to adjust her own schedule to do my hair if I couldn't find anyone else. It's rare to see such kindness toward a complete stranger. If I ever need a stylist in the Auburn area, I'll absolutely be coming here first.“
