Nancy was VERY understanding and patient with my 89 year old mom. I called ahead to check on availability for a pixie hair cut. She said she had a 30 minute opening if I could get her there by 1pm.
Nancy listened to her stories and did a great job. I will definitely take her back in 6 months, as that's my moms twice a year hair cut schedule.
