Sarah is so gentle and knowledgeable, and is constantly aware of her students’ comfort and safety. She helps everyone feel immediately at home, and offers lots of modifications to make poses more or less challenging, depending on how you’re feeling that day. There’s lots of fun music, and enough repetition from class to class to feel familiar, and enough variety to keep things interesting. The studio feels small and friendly; there’s no comparison or competition, and people of all ages, experience levels, and fitness can feel welcome. It’s really become my happy place.

Have been attending the Restorative and Senior Yoga classes for about a year now. Sarah has helped me adapt the more challenging poses to accommodate my limited flexibility - which has improved tremendously over the year!
