After our optometrist retired, my husband and I reviewed the options available in Auburn. We wanted to continue with someone that could provide a personal connection- not a chain or high volume “Business“ . We both saw Dr Barnes at CK Vision.
Amazing experience for both of us. She listened to concerns, was professional and answered questions. We were both very satisfied with the glasses we received.
Went in for new glasses almost two weeks ago and experienced friendly customer service from the minute I walked in. I always appreciate when that happens, a good sign of what's to come. The staff did not disappoint. The paperwork was easy and they had been able to email it to me in advance. Cheryl and Angie were VERY patient and fun and honest as I picked out my new frames. My friend couldn't join me that day but the two of them made me feel like I was with friends. Dr. Barnes was amazing!!! She is so thorough and explains everything she does. For $35 I was able to obtain digitally scanned images of my eyes for future reference. I travel a lot and will be moving... read full review
I needed new glasses and fate put me in the hands of Dr. Barnes. She is very professional, patient, and kind. I really appreciated the time Dr. Barnes took making sure my prescription was correct. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. Thank you all very much !
