Staff is amazing. I had been waiting for my VSP to kick in and had called weekly to see if it was. And once it was available, Kelly called me and let me know it was good to go. And she was able to get me in within the week. The doctor was great at explaining EVERYTHING to me in terms I understood. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

The staff at Auburn Family, Optometry were efficient and helpful. I also feel like the eye Doctor Who examined me gave me more information about the health of my eyes than any optometrist I’ve dealt with previously.
