Receptionist was very pleasant , Sierra giving pre exam and background medical information, very caring , slowly asking each question 😀, and explaining each procedure, and she let me know the doctor would be in soon. If I needed anything. , because there was a 20 minute wait to see Jason , I will definitely recommend family optometry, to others , Jason was very thorough in his questions and eye exams and explained constantly; what my eye issues were , Jason has chosen and excellent profession for himself. So this is the place to make an appointment in the future !! I highly recommend, especially if you are of senior age !!
I enjoy all the staff at Auburn Family Optometry, from the front desk staff who are kind, warm and welcoming, to Sierra, who always treats me with such care, kindness and respect, to Dr. Christina, in whose kind, diligent, thorough, personalized care I feel so taken care of!! I have had less contact with the opticians, but they have also been personable and responsive. Did I mention KINDNESS?!! 😉 The level of kindness, patience and professionalism all around in this office is exemplary. I have never looked forward to an eye doctor’s appointment like I do going to this office. I am so glad I found them!!! THANK YOU, AUBURN FAMILY OPTOMETRY!
