Was initially satisfied with the service even after waiting 6 months to be seen! Had a skin Tag removed cost 300$ was like ok ....But then they called me back in for a second appointment to ask me if it had returned at all I said no and thought why didn't they jus ask me on the phone! Second appointment paid 50$ co pay then received a bill a few weeks later for another 200 bucks! "Money grab" jus like so much of Americas broken medical industry!

Updated: They billed my insurance for $709.00. got $345.00 plus my copy plus the OTC lotion Over $400.00 to do absolutely nothing!!! Again after waiting FOUR months to get in then told to come back in another THREE months. For a 7 or 8 minutes chat!!!! Not happy!! What a complete rip off. AND didn't even see a Doctor.Wait times to get in are very long. No doubt Because they do good work and have good recommendations.I wouldn't know.My First appointment took 4 months to get in, but I really need help. So I waited. If you’re looking for Botox or cosmetic procedures, this may be the place to go. If you need a dermatologist, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I’ve wasted a year trying to obtain medical treatment from Auburn Dermatology, with zero results, horrible wait times for appointments and dismissive, rushed and rude treatment during appointments. I’m giving two stars instead of one because the office staff is kind and professional. Unfortunate, the medical team has declined terribly over the past few years.
